Kangen Water machine

Kangen Water Baton Rouge LA

What is Baton Rouge LA Kangen Water?

Kangen Water in Baton Rouge LA is ionized alkaline water (or acidic water) made by Enagic’s kangen water machine which is high in anti-oxidants and is hydrogen rich. It is converted from regular tap water into either acidic (Low PH) or alkaline water (High PH), depending on the setting (most kangen machines can produce water between 2.7 PH and 11.5 PH). Kangen water machines are very popular with families in Baton Rouge and throughout the state of Louisiana.

It does so through a process called electrolysis, which is a technical term for electrocuting the water and splitting it into high PH (Alkaline) and low PH (Acidic), that’s why each kangen water machine has 2 tubes (hoses) coming out of it. One for Alkaline water and other for Acidic. Learn a little more about what is kangen water.

Leveluk K8 Kangen Machine

Leveluk K8 is currently the top of the line anti-oxidizing kagnen water machine that Enagic makes for home use. It has 8 platinum coated plates and is capable of making the highest ORP water.

Leveluk SD501 is the most popular unit that has 7 platinum coated plates and has stood the test of time, while serving lots of people. It features voice system with English language. There is also the under counter model called Leveluk SD501U.

Leveluk SD 501 Platinum is the fancier version of SD 501, it performs the same except for the fabulously good looks and ability to “speak” in 5 languages which are English, French, Italian, Spanish and German.

Leveluk JRII Kangen Machine

Leveluk JRII

Leveluk JRII looks like the SD 501 machine, but it only has 3 platinum coated plates. It produces water with much lower maximum ORP and has lower output. It is however great for energy conservation. The current version is JRIV with similar specs and higher price tag.

Leveluk Super 501 is basically a commercial grade kangen water machine. It has 2 output hoses and can make a LOT more water. I’ve seen suggestions that it’s for large families, but I think that K8 or SD 501 will do just fine at home.

Kangen Water Machines and Their Benefits

Wondering why you should opt for a Kangen water machine over other water ionizers in Baton Rouge, LA? With numerous brands vying for attention through advertising, here’s why I stand by Enagic’s Kangen machine:

1. Proven Track Record: Enagic has a long-standing reputation and a thriving community of Kangen water enthusiasts. It’s no surprise that it’s the most sought-after brand of alkaline water, backed by a loyal following.

2. Japanese Craftsmanship: The meticulous attention to detail and quality inherent in Japanese manufacturing is a significant factor for me. Having witnessed firsthand the pride Japanese artisans take in their craft, I’m deeply impressed and drawn to their products.

3. Superior Quality: A standout feature of Kangen water distributors is the quality of their platinum-coated plates, crucial for splitting tap water into alkaline and acidic streams. Comparatively, other brands often use inferior materials like mesh plates, exposing their machines as subpar. This emphasizes the premium quality of Kangen machines, reflected in their higher cost.

4. Longevity: Kangen water machines boast exceptional durability, capable of lasting 20+ years with proper maintenance. Conversely, I’ve observed instances of premature malfunction with some heavily advertised brands, highlighting the stark contrast in longevity.

In essence, when considering a water ionizer, longevity, quality, and a proven track record make Enagic’s Kangen machine the clear choice.

What's Up With All Kangen Water Reviews?

With an abundance of reviews on Kangen water machines circulating online, it’s natural to encounter a mix of opinions, both positive and negative. This begs the question: whom can you rely on when seeking to purchase a machine for yourself, your family, or your workplace? In today’s landscape, even trusted entities like the BBB and Consumer Reports can be inundated with reviews sponsored by competitors, skewing objectivity.

As you scour reviews from various sources regarding companies like Enagic or products such as the Leveluk 501 Kangen Water Machine, it’s imperative to discern the motives behind each review. Consider the source—is it a competitor’s website, a rival company, or perhaps sales representatives advocating for their own products? Identifying potential biases is key.

A telltale sign is the presence of an affiliate link, redirecting you to platforms like Amazon, where alternative products, such as other water ionizers, are available for purchase. This practice often indicates a vested interest in promoting specific items, prompting a critical assessment of the review’s credibility.

Are There Health Benefits To Drinking Kangen Water?

Despite the plethora of information, including some misinformation, surrounding the advantages of exclusively consuming Kangen water, one fact remains unequivocal: it does not possess curative properties for any diseases. Claims suggesting otherwise are deceptive. While there are instances where Kangen water may aid certain individuals in managing serious health conditions like cancer, it unequivocally does not constitute a “cure for cancer” or any other ailment, regardless of its severity.

Regarding reported benefits, many individuals attest that after consuming Kangen water at recommended quantities (a minimum of 0.5 gallons or approximately 2 liters per day) for over a week, they experience:

1. Enhanced Mental Clarity
2. Sustained Energy Boosts without subsequent crashes (unlike energy drinks)
3. Improved and More Restful Sleep
4. Enhanced Hydration, owing to better absorption by the body
5. Radiant Skin
6. Thicker Hair for those who previously experienced thinning

While these observations may not strictly constitute health benefits, they undeniably contribute to lifestyle improvements.

Different Types of Kangen Water Uses and Benefits

According to Enagic’s official website and my personal experience, there are 5 types of water that kangen machines make:

    • Strong Kangen Water (11.5 PH Most Alkaline)
    • Drinking Water (8.5 to 9.5 PH Alkaline)
    • Neutral, Clean Water (7 PH Neutral)
    • Beauty Water (4 to 6 PH Slightly Acidic)
    • Strong Acidic Water (2.7 PH Most Acidic)

Each type of water has specific properties and can be used for different things in and around the house.

Strong Kangen Water: This highly alkaline water boasts remarkable properties and serves multiple purposes:

    1. Cleaning: Ideal for replacing chemical household cleaners, it effectively cleans kitchen counters, stovetops, and other greasy or soiled surfaces.
    2. Food Cleaning and Preparation: Strong Kangen water’s unique properties make it perfect for eliminating oil-based pesticides from store-bought fruits and vegetables. A demonstration video will showcase this process, offering insight into its efficacy.
    3. Stain Removal: Effective on carpets, rugs, upholstery, hard surfaces, and even clothes, though it’s not a suitable substitute for bleach.

Kangen Water for Drinking: The spotlight shines on this type of water produced by Kangen machines, boasting a pH range between 8.5 and 9.5. It excels in various applications:

    1. Hydration: Optimal for drinking, with the recommended intake being your body weight in ounces daily. For instance, if you weigh 150 lbs, the suggested daily intake is 150 oz. (1.17 gallons) to maintain proper hydration.
    2. Culinary Use: Perfect for soups, broths, stews, homemade sauces, and pre-cooking certain foods.
    3. Beverage Preparation: Suitable for making lemonade, coffee, and tea, with the water’s smaller molecular size intensifying the flavors. A forthcoming video will demonstrate this effect.
    4. Plant Watering: While acidic water is commonly recommended for plants, Enagic suggests that plants thrive on drinking water. Testing this claim before full adoption is advisable.

Neutral, Clean Water: Enagic’s Kangen water machines produce chlorine-free water, categorized as pH 7 Kangen water. However, in my experience, residual chlorine may remain, necessitating a pre-filtration system for complete removal. Here’s how pH 7 Kangen water can be utilized:

    1. Baby Food Preparation: Providing clean water for your child’s consumption without altering pH levels excessively.
    2. Medication Administration: Recommended for drowning medication to prevent adverse reactions.

This encapsulates the practical applications of neutral pH Kangen water.

Kangen Beauty Water: Our skin naturally maintains a slightly acidic pH, yet the soaps and body gels we commonly use are alkaline, causing a pH imbalance after showering. Enter Kangen beauty water, here to restore equilibrium. Here’s how it can benefit you:

    1. Facial Cleansing: Use water with a pH close to your skin’s natural pH to cleanse your face. Some find it hydrating, while others claim it offers soothing properties and imparts a radiant glow.

    2. Hair Care: Pairing shampoo with Kangen beauty water for conditioning can enhance shine and prevent tangling, complementing your regular hair washing routine.

    3. Pet Grooming: Extend the benefits to your furry friends by spraying them with beauty water and brushing their coat afterward for cleanliness and shine.

    4. Household Cleaning: Beauty water is reportedly effective for polishing glass, mirrors, windows, and more, offering versatility beyond personal care.

    5. Food Preservation: Using water with a pH of 4 to 4.5 to spray food before freezing helps preserve its flavor for consumption later.

Strong Acidic Water: This water, with a pH of 2.7, is the opposite of Strong Kangen Water and is not intended for consumption. However, it serves various purposes:

    1. Surface Disinfection: Effective for disinfecting kitchen knives, countertops, toilet seats, door knobs, handles, and surgical instruments. While alcohol is a common choice, some hospitals in Japan utilize strong acidic water for this purpose.

    2. Personal Disinfection: Dip items like toothbrushes in strong acidic water for sterilization. In emergencies, it can be used as mouthwash, but caution must be exercised to avoid swallowing.

These diverse applications highlight the versatility of Kangen Water, with drinking water remaining the most popular choice among users.

    Is Kangen Water a Scam?

Enagic, headquartered in Japan, is the manufacturer and distributor of Kangen water machines, including those available in Louisiana. With a global presence, the company has established offices worldwide, boasting over 30 years of industry experience. Enagic operates on a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) sales model.

Despite attempts by some of Enagic’s competitors to discredit Kangen water as a scam, the reality is quite the opposite. However, competitors often resort to spreading misinformation and what can only be described as “fake news” about Enagic and its products, subtly suggesting that their own offerings are superior.

When investing in a Kangen water machine, you’re essentially purchasing a premium product at a premium price, a point I’ll delve into further below.

Who's Behind Water Ionizer “comparison sheets” and “Buyer’s Guides”?

Why is it that comparisons between Kangen water machines like the Leveluk SD501 or K8 and other water ionizers consistently depict Kangen machines as either inferior in performance, more expensive, or both? Interestingly, there’s a noticeable absence of Enagic actively engaging in comparative analyses with other manufacturers. Perhaps it’s because they don’t feel the need to. Regardless, it’s advisable to draw your own conclusions.

As for Buyer Guides and Free E-Books, they warrant a separate discussion. Every water ionizer company endeavors to “educate” prospective buyers, but in reality, they’re simply vying to convince you that their product is the ultimate alkaline water machine on the market.
